Custody Battles - on The Verdict

On Canadian television news show The Verdict, Paula Todd interviews Angelo Lobo.  Lobo is the filmmaker for a dramatic documentary about the failure of the american child support system.  The film, Support! System Down, documents the injustices in american family courts, the effects of US Health and Human Services policy of providing block grants to the states, and the policies that states have developed to support this broken system.
