The mother has changed the children’s last name twice. They could be going by either HARPER or PANATTONI. The children are victims of severe Parental Alienation (PAS) by the mother and step-father, Kristie & Nick Harper, supported by the Family Courts. These children have been absent from their father and suffering since December 1998; location Port Townsend, WA.
